受注データとの紐付けはスムーズで便利なのですが、送り状編集画面でコメントが書き込める欄と取扱注意の内容プルダウン（精密機器、ワレ物注意、天地無用、水濡注意など）を追加してほしいです。 ご検討のほどよろしくお願い致します。

海外向け発送（現在はEMSのみ）のために使用しています。当初バグがありましたがサポートの迅速な対応で解決。ありがとうございました。 あとはShopify側のAPI仕様でアプリに梱包材の重さが反映できない部分さえ、何とかなれば完璧です。

Really amazing app, save us lots of time creating shipping documents. Workflow is a charm and their support is quick and helpful. Definitely worth a try !

We're very happy with Shipandco. Migrating to Shopify led immediately to an increase in web orders, and having to create courier labels manually via UPS was taking too much time and concentration. Shipandco looked like the best option for us, and it has turned out to do just what we wanted at a very reasonable cost. Nearly all our shipments now use the app, and that means a greatly reduced risk of clerical errors in address details and lots of time saved. Because our shipments are varied and because of the way our network is set up, it takes a few clicks to make a label, but that means we retain some manual control as we go, which can be useful. While we were getting the hang of things, we were very grateful for excellent, patient and encouraging support from Thomas, not to mention the promise of still further improvements to come, such as including UPS's carbon neutral option. Five stars for sure!

Mostly helpful. Sometimes, I accidentally created the label of a pending order, so if the shopify tags are shown also on Ship & Co, it would be more helpful.

サポートが早い。質問をすると割合早く連絡が来るので、安心感があります。 また、問題解決の方法の提示が分かり易いです。何度か連絡していますが、やり取りに関してサポート不足であったことはありません。丁寧にご教授いただいています。

ヤマトの送り状発行システムで一人ひとりの顧客情報をコピー&ペーストするのは骨が折れますが、Ship&Coを使用することでその作業が省かれるので助かっています。配送追跡メールが自動送信される点もありがたいです。 2021年3月現在では国内向けの送り状一括発行機能が、日本郵便と佐川急便だけなので、今後ヤマトも加えていただけると嬉しいです。

This app does everything I want it to do, and has saved me a great deal of time. The best thing about it is the customer service - they'll always been very responsive and helpful whenever I've had a question.

海外発送に、Fedexと日本郵便を併用しているので、注文によって使い分けることができ非常に便利です。Fedex は簡単に電子取引書類（ ETD）になり、紙の出力枚数も減りました。量が増えれば増えるほどより効率度が増します。

究極の時間節約アプリです！当工房のクラフトチョコレートのネット販売では、これまでヤマト運輸さんのビジネスサイトに別途ログイン、ネットショップからお客様の情報をマニュアルでコピー＆ペーストで入力していましたが、その大幅な手間を省けるアプリが見つかりました。さらに、ヤマトさんの追跡番号も自動通信されるのでマニュアル入力は一切不要です。アプリのサポート体制も万全です。ありがとうございます！ We send our handcrafted chocolate out via Yamato and, until now, entered each item into the Yamato website one at a time (a LOT of copy/paste). We then had to copy/paste the Yamato tracking code into an email to send to manually the customer. No more. This multi-language app is a huge time saver that means it easily pays for itself (remember, your time has value). Awesome support, too! (Shout out to Thomas)

We use shipandco with UPS and FedEx it is very easy to use and deals with customs documentations and multi parcel shipments with ease. The support has been reliable when we have had queries. It would be great if it also had GLS Ireland integration - we could could then run all our shipments through Shipandco

無料トライアルで試しています。管理画面はとても見やすく、操作感も上々です。まだ全機能を使ってはいませんが、現在のところ不満点はありません。また、問い合わせに対してはとても迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくれて助かりました。

Great support from the team when I needed it. Makes shipping and printing labels quick, saving my team time. I don't want to know how much paperwork Ship&Co went through to integrate with these local companies. Keep up the good work!

The app itself helped us expand our shipping methods. The developers are extremely quick to respond, and very helpful.

クリック１回でラベル＋インボイス発行終わり。簡単！今まで手入力でかかった人力費用も抑えつつ、人間より作業スピードも早くてすこく助かっています。ただ、権限の分割はまだできず、物流担当と販売担当間の情報漏れの危険は多少あり。

I have used at least five other apps which purport to integrate shippers with Shopify and have always been disappointed. Until now. Not only does this app give us an amazingly helpful dashboard showing destination country, selected shipping method and if there are customer notes, but it integrates seamlessly with the shippers we use (NinjaVan, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce and SF Express). We have two Shopify stores and a TradeGecko B2B eCommerce portal and this app pulls all our orders from the three stores so we can see them at a glance. Even if you didn't use it for generating shipping labels, it's the best dashboard I've used. Min and the team are so switched on, they don't tolerate bugs or inefficient process flows and they are so so quick to help with problems or incorporate feedback. This is my favourite Shopify app and I would pay a lot more for it than they charge us - it saves us HOURS of faffing around with csv files and significantly reduces our exposure to human error. Ship&Co. are going on my Christmas card list for sure.

【追記レビュー】 Shopifyスタンダード機能であるロケーション設定開始による自動フルフィルメントができないというエラーの件ですが、幾度となく改善を求めているのですが、一向に復旧される見込みなくにもかかわらず料金改定が行われており以前より高くなっています。これは通常のShopifyの持つ機能なので、これに対応ができていないのはかなり問題があると思います。至急改善を願いたいです。 【初期レビュー】 初期の頃は非常に勝手よく使っていたのですが、昨年の秋頃（2018）にShopifyの機能にロケーション設定が増えてから、自動フルフィルメントが行われなくなりました。この問題点を至急完全していただきたいと催促しているのですが、なかなか復旧していないのが現状（2019年2月）です。またこの問題が解決していないにもかかわらず、請求は常にプロパーで上がってくることも大きな問題の一つだと思っています。この問題がクリアーすれば五つ星は間違いないアプリです。

Ship&Co様のシステムは、輸出書類の作成が不要である事や、英語が得意でくても日々の操作には影響がないという事より、誰もが安心して使える信頼できるシステムだと感じています。 日々、滞りなく安定した出荷をさせて頂いています。 ただ1点、エラー表示が、英語でかつすぐに消えてしまう為、どこに問題があったのかを確認する時に困ることがあります。 どこにエラーがあるのかが協調されるか、エラー表示が自然に消えなければより使いやすくなるなとも感じています。
