I’ve been using ShipBob for over a year now, and honestly, I’ve had nothing but problems. I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I feel like this one is necessary. The biggest issue for me has been their support team. I’d open a ticket about an issue, they’d tell me it’s fixed, and then the same thing would happen again a few days later. For example, my TikTok Shop orders weren’t syncing properly, and there were constant SKU problems. This went on for over a month before it was finally resolved. Then, once that got sorted, shipping updates stopped syncing to TikTok, so I had to manually update them myself. It’s just one thing after another. On top of that, I was told shipping costs would be between $7–$9, but I’ve been charged way more than that multiple times. And today, I had a customer receive the wrong color product entirely! It’s always these little things that add up, and I’m beyond frustrated. After I finish this bulk order, I’m switching to another shipping company. ShipBob charges way too much for the level of service they provide. I really hope they can figure things out for other customers, but I’m done. I also forgot to mention i always get duty fees in the mail and packages always get lost when i ship them to my models.
