The app works perfectly, but more than that the customer service / support from the WebBee team is the best weve encountered in over 20 years in ecommerce. They are on it. You always get a polite reply with questions answered very quickly, if not by return.

I really appreciate this apps ability to submit orders to Amazon. Also the customer support is really wonderful, as they really care about the customer workflow and they help you through all automation for success to find the best solution for your business needs. This is an incredible app. Will save you hours and make things so much more efficient. Not only that, but the team is very helpful whenever I need help with someone. For the price they charge you absolutely cannot go wrong. I will be a long-term customer.

The app is quite user friendly and uncomplicated. When I needed support to complete the installation, the appointment was scheduled within minutes, and gosh was the support guy knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to assist. They kept following up to ensure that all was okay with my store. And, there were no hidden fees, just one payment which covers addition of multiple market places. These guys are here to make an impact......

Very impressed with this app and the customer service. The app makes it so easy to have my orders fulfilled automatically through Amazon fulfillment. Customer service has been great so far as well. Highly recommend.

Great service and very friendly. They definitely make sure that you understand and that they have resolved your issue. I highly recommend them. I was surprised that they wanted to get on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process which really helps.

I'm always impressed by both the responsiveness and quality of technical support from WebBee. Moreover, the solution features a user friendly interface and works without issue, easily triggering Amazon fulfillment of orders from Shopify to Amazon Seller Central.

We have used this app for a while now, seamless integration of the orders between shopify and MCF. Customer service support is spot on, very helpful and supportive...always helpful Would definitely recommend this app

We tested several apps to manage our Amazon MCF, but WebBee is the best one. Their app works flawlessly with MCF and all Orders are submitted with no issues. One thing that I have to say is their support is superb, they guided me on the initial setup step by step on a call for almost one hour, you can't get better support than that. If you need Amazon MCF app, this is the one.
