Must have platform for every shop, makes cross platform setups very streamline and easy to use. They're very responsive and are always available for a call. Ajeet is the man!

Installed because it seemed to be what I needed. I quickly learned that after speaking the the help desk chat person, that they would force me to upgrade to the maximum enterprise plan. I then installed the app 30 mins later and asked for a refund. I went back and forth with their held desk 4 times asking for a refund over and over. Avoid and all cost and just go with the direct Amazon MCF plugin.

Fast to book. Very clear instructions. I like that they take control of the screen. Good attention to detail too.

Unfortunately, our experience with WebBee Global has been disappointing. The application had technical issues, and obtaining support has been very difficult.

A++++++++++++I am SO happy with WebBee. Their customer support is INCREDIBLE!! We did a 2 hour call and we did a share screen together so he could walk me through step by step. So patient and so thorough!! I wish I could give them 10 stars! The BEST customer service on the planet!!!
