I wanted to switch to the free Amazon MCF app, but I couldn’t get it working on my own. Unfortunately, contacting Amazon support turned into a frustrating experience, and I wasn’t able to get the help I needed from their side. After the installation, both Webbee and the Amazon MCF app were running simultaneously on my Shopify account, which caused major issues in our backend: orders were no longer marked as fulfilled, invoices were not being sent, and several processes stopped working properly. Thankfully, Webbee’s support team responded quickly and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. After just two meetings, Webbee was running smoothly again, just as it had been for the past almost two years, and the Amazon MCF app was successfully removed. I’m truly grateful for Malik’s professional and friendly support, and I wish you all the best in the future!
