I wanted to switch to the free Amazon MCF app, but I couldn’t get it working on my own. Unfortunately, contacting Amazon support turned into a frustrating experience, and I wasn’t able to get the help I needed from their side. After the installation, both Webbee and the Amazon MCF app were running simultaneously on my Shopify account, which caused major issues in our backend: orders were no longer marked as fulfilled, invoices were not being sent, and several processes stopped working properly. Thankfully, Webbee’s support team responded quickly and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. After just two meetings, Webbee was running smoothly again, just as it had been for the past almost two years, and the Amazon MCF app was successfully removed. I’m truly grateful for Malik’s professional and friendly support, and I wish you all the best in the future!

Must have platform for every shop, makes cross platform setups very streamline and easy to use. They're very responsive and are always available for a call. Ajeet is the man!

Installed because it seemed to be what I needed. I quickly learned that after speaking the the help desk chat person, that they would force me to upgrade to the maximum enterprise plan. I then installed the app 30 mins later and asked for a refund. I went back and forth with their held desk 4 times asking for a refund over and over. Avoid and all cost and just go with the direct Amazon MCF plugin.

Unfortunately, our experience with WebBee Global has been disappointing. The application had technical issues, and obtaining support has been very difficult.

A++++++++++++I am SO happy with WebBee. Their customer support is INCREDIBLE!! We did a 2 hour call and we did a share screen together so he could walk me through step by step. So patient and so thorough!! I wish I could give them 10 stars! The BEST customer service on the planet!!!

So far it is a really good experience with WebBee. We only started to use it now but so far everything is looking fine and wors properly Support is helpful and kind and always helps us finds the way. We like the application and how it function and connects Shopify to Amazon. Works smoothly. Great app with great instant customer support anytime of the day or night. Working well for us for the last 4 years. Recommend to use for connecting Amazon FBA MCF inventory with Shopify.
