Been using this app for over a year and love it. No real issues however was stuck with some virtual bundles and Ebay integration. Booked a call same day and an absolute gun, Shivam had it all up and running within 30 minutes. Exceptional support which is regularly overlooked in the ecom space. Highly recommend!

We've been working with WebBee for a long time and it's been a great journey. Their software features suit our needs, especially the fulfillment configuration options, but most importantly, they have fast and reliable customer service, which is highly appreciated (shout out to A.Malik here)

We’ve been using the MCF by Amazon app on our Shopify store for a few months now, and the experience has been largely positive. The app does a great job syncing orders from Shopify to Amazon, making multi-channel fulfillment seamless. Inventory updates and tracking info are pushed automatically, saving us a lot of manual effort. What works well: Easy to install and set up Syncs orders in near real-time Tracking numbers get updated automatically Inventory sync is reliable customer support is also great.

We have had an issue for two weeks that has not been resolved and has lead to us losing a contract with a retailer because the orders were not marked as fulfilled, even though Amazon had sent the order and the customer received it. We were previously using WebBee app integration, however something happened, and the orders stopped marking as fulfilled on orders page. We need to manually fulfil these orders however they're still not marking as fulfilled
