Shipday is extremely easy to use, and the support provided is exceptional if any issues arise. It has significantly improved my day-to-day dispatching experience. Don't work with other languages. When I click checkout it just redirect to the cart on original language. Disgusting support. Always not working properly. I've lost 9 order because of them
Dishonest practices – app sabotaged by Shipday sales team I started using Shipday because the app works really well technically. I haven’t even reached the usage limits of the free version, yet the sales team keeps resetting my account daily to push me into upgrading to a paid plan. Things escalated when they wiped all my data and changed the app language to Turkish, which was clearly done to sabotage my experience. Even worse, this sabotage seems to be linked directly to specific individuals from their team using the numbers +57 302 277 7702 and +57 301 876 1562. Instead of offering professional support, they use pressure tactics and tamper with user accounts, which is unacceptable and unethical. Final thoughts: While the app itself is functional, the experience is completely ruined by dishonest and possibly malicious actions from their sales representatives. If you're relying on Shipday for your business, be extremely careful—they can disrupt your operations without notice or explanation.
Phenomenal product. Great out of the box delivery solution for both local businesses and delivery companies. Extremely intuitive design, seamless integration with Shopify. Responsive support.
This app is very helpful for those who engage their own delivery drivers. It will help improve communication with customers. Highly recommended!
