Shipday is extremely easy to use, and the support provided is exceptional if any issues arise. It has significantly improved my day-to-day dispatching experience. My drivers appreciate the user-friendly interface, and my customers love the tracking capabilities. I am particularly fond of the tracking promotion feature and the instant review functionality, which allows for quick responses and excellent customer service. Shipday is truly my go-to solution.

Don't work with other languages. When I click checkout it just redirect to the cart on original language. Disgusting support. Always not working properly. I've lost 9 order because of them

Dishonest practices – app sabotaged by Shipday sales team I started using Shipday because the app works really well technically. I haven’t even reached the usage limits of the free version, yet the sales team keeps resetting my account daily to push me into upgrading to a paid plan. Things escalated when they wiped all my data and changed the app language to Turkish, which was clearly done to sabotage my experience. Even worse, this sabotage seems to be linked directly to specific individuals from their team using the numbers +57 302 277 7702 and +57 301 876 1562. Instead of offering professional support, they use pressure tactics and tamper with user accounts, which is unacceptable and unethical. Final thoughts: While the app itself is functional, the experience is completely ruined by dishonest and possibly malicious actions from their sales representatives. If you're relying on Shipday for your business, be extremely careful—they can disrupt your operations without notice or explanation.

Hi, from the order data sent by Shopify we can identify whether an order is paid in cash or else. So if in an order it says that, payment method "CASH", it means "Cash on Delivery (COD)". Otherwise for ONLINE (Paypal, Neteller etc.) or Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard), in Shipday we are simply putting N/A (or empty) which indicates the carrier (delivery personnel) does not require to pickup the order price while delivering. And about the first issue (order notes), we are discussing with the Shopify partners as the order notes are not sent from Shopify. We know about the issue and are trying our best to settle it down.
