This app is amazing and Sid on support went above and beyond to help us solve a shipping issue we were experiencing where unwanted shipping rates were being selected on subscription orders. Now our subscription orders choose from the correct shipping rates! We have been experiencing this issue with Shopify subscriptions for a very long time, so we are overjoyed that this issue is now solved! On top of that, this app is a great substitution for Shopify Shipping Scripts, will be depreciated this year. It is very versatile and easy to use for reordering rates and hiding rates. I really highly recommend this app, I cannot say enough good things about it!

Great app which allows us to customise our shipping methods for different UK postcode ranges. Had an issue where the app falsely triggered which the developers quickly fixed.

Cannot say enough good things about this app or the team behind it. I had trouble getting it to work the way I wanted, and Sid had me up and running in minutes. No longer locked in to saying "Canada Post Expedited Parcel" I can have my options open with "Canada Post or Other Carrier" - leaving me free to shop around! Amazing!!

Great customer service!! We had a shipping rate issue concerning our subscription orders. After reaching out to many different companies Shipify was the only one that had the appropriate customer service and expertise to quickly fix our issue.

Excellent application, solves a big drwaback of shopify's check out. You can re-arrange the shipping options and if combined with PayFy app, then it's all just perfect! Support is 10 stars, whatever problem occurs, they will definately solve it. Thank you very much Chirag and rest of the team!

The app is working fine and does perfectly the job. I installed the app to fix an issue I was facing with my shipping settings. Since I have products stocked in multiple locations, my shipping rates weren't calculated accurately when customers had products from multiple locations in their cart. The app allowed me to create rules in order to get rid of these issues I was facing for several weeks. The support was very helpful and reactive, they kindly proposed to set up the app on my behalf so I had practically nothing to do on my end. I would totally recommend this app to everyone who's facing issues with Shopify's basic shipping features.

I use Shipfy to create a simple free shipping rule combining both orders total weight and amount, which is strangely not currently possible to do on the basic Shopify shipping settings...

The app is simple to use and does exactly what it says it will do. If you want to rearrange your shipping options in a way that will give customers a better experience this app is a great solution. Also recommend trying their other app, Shipping & Delivery - ShipZip. These two apps combined will give you a lot of flexibility when it comes to shipping. Combined these two apps do what Shopify shipping should have done to begin with.

We use this app to sort the delivery options. By default, Shopify shows the free option first (which in our case is local pickup) and most customers choose this without reading what it is. This required us to call the customers to ask if they really meant to have local pickup when they were located tens or hundres of kilometers away. With this app, that problem is solved. And the support is top notch!

I received some excellent support from the Shipfy team on one of their other apps. They pointed in the direction of this app for the customisation I needed. It is a very simple little app and does what it needs to. It was up and running as I wanted in under 5 minutes.

Shopify normally arranges checkout options by price, with the lowest shipping option first. This is very problematic if you offer something like "Local Pickup - Free", as this will appear as the default option. Naturally, customers will select this option first and often without checking. You then have to deal with chasing them up for extra shipping costs, and dealing with their confusion and frustration. This app allows you to select which shipping option should appear first or last. All you need to do is type in exactly how the shipping option appears, e.g. "Local Pickup", and select "Rank Last" as the option. The local pickup option will then always appear last. AMAZING. THANK YOU so much for creating this simple solution to a problem that Shopify has been unwilling to fix for over a decade.
