A fab app with fantastic support. Shipping can be a bit of a headache with an online store but Shipmondo and the staff really help to make it a lot easier. Definitely recommend.

I like the App a lot but its only for middle/big businesses. If you dont send often packages they just close down your account! They gave me an alternative which was for costumers who pick up free packages from my location to pay a (label of costumer self pick up) so i am allowed to use their app, even though their is no shipping... I hope in the future they will change their policy. Its seems they look at the forest and not the tree ( big costumers only)

Hey Meander Shop, Majority of your orders are pickup orders. If you don’t wish to use Shipmondo for managing your pickup orders, then the only thing you need to do is set up your pickup options through Shopify and not Shipmondo, and this will quickly resolve your issue. At Shipmondo, we're all about making order and freight management as easy as possible for our customers. That's why we offer a delivery checkout solution free of charge to our active customers. The only requirement is that any orders created through our module are processed via Shipmondo's shipping or pickup flow. Remember that once you process your order through the pickup flow in Shipmondo, it will also be updated correctly on Shopify. You can also automate the payment capture flow this way, otherwise you have to perform all these tasks manually. Our delivery checkout takes up resources and has commercial consequences, but you don't have to worry about monthly fees or anything like that - just freight or a small label fee for your pickup orders. Shipmondo’s solution is super flexible and can be tailored to meet the needs of businesses of all shapes and sizes. Also, just to clear things up: your Shipmondo account hasn't been closed. We've simply put the delivery checkout access on hold until you become an active customer at Shipmondo. Best regards, Hung from Shipmondo

I have enjoyed using Shipmondo, however they made updates in 2023 that have broken the integration between Shipmondo and Postnord. I'm unable to print out shipping labels using the desktop or web app because only less than half the label gets printed. I now have to manually download every shipping label to print it. The customs forms are also broken if you have a shipment with lots of line items. A CN22 form with more than 6 line items starts to have the text overlap each other and becomes unreadable. A CN23 form only shows the first 5 lines. I've contacted Shipmondo multiple times about these problems and have tried to work with their IT, only to be told that they would "get back to me." It's been about 2 months now and they still continue to be evasive and dismissive about the problems I'm experiencing. I've begun to look for a new shipping service, but would much rather that they fix these problems because I liked Shipmondo otherwise. Edited: The first 5 lines of a CN23 form show (not 4)

Hello Birdie Tam, We were disappointed to receive your negative review of our Shopify app. However, we would like to clarify that your review seems to be unrelated to the app itself. We recently transitioned to an API integration with PostNord, which means that the issues you are experiencing are not related to Shipmondo. It is the carrier who generates both the labels and the CN22 and CN23 documents. Please know that we are taking your concerns seriously and are actively in dialogue with the carrier to find a solution to this issue. Regrettably, we are currently unable to manage the documents ourselves, but we are eager to offer our customers the best possible service and are working diligently to resolve this matter.
