My Etsy small business has been integrated with ShipMonk about three months ago and I have had nothing but a great experience. The onboarding process was complicated but thanks to the Onboarding Associate Katie Foss who is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional it went smoothly as well as shipping and ordering since then. Katie was very helpful with pricing and rates when it came to loading inventory on initial shipments. I integrated my Shopify store just a day ago. The integration team, especially WILLIAM BIELEFELD was very helpful with a very quick response time, careful explanations, and guidance. I would definitely recommend ShipMonk to small businesses.
