I really appreciate the layout and ease of use of ShipMonk’s website—it makes managing logistics simple and efficient. Overall, the system works well for my business. In the past, I experienced some issues with receivings, where stock has occasionally been lost, though it often turns up later, which can also be frustrating. I also encountered some billing inconsistencies with special projects that led me to adjust how I handle certain processes. However, I’ve noticed significant improvements recently, especially with customer service. I had a direct call with Kristy recently, who was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing these concerns. Customer service now responds much more quickly, and overall, operations seem to be running very smoothly. I appreciate the improvements and look forward to continued reliability with ShipMonk.

I've had a really great experience with Shipmonk. We're no longer using them because we have our own warehouse now, but I truly had no complaints. Special shout out to Anthony B who was exceptionally helpful as we were closing the account.

We've had a mixed experience with Shipmonk as a fulfillment service. While there are some positives, there have been significant challenges that affected our operations. * International Order Shipping: We only achieved reliable international shipping after partnering with Passport, which revealed weaknesses in our initial approach. * Shipping from the UK to Europe: Relying on Royal Mail instead of globally recognized carriers like DHL or DPD caused major delays. Other fulfillment centers provided faster and more cost-effective solutions. * Customer Reputation Impact: Shipping delays led to an influx of negative reviews, hurting our brand. It took a lot of effort to regain customer trust. * Claim Filing Limitations: Unlike other warehouses, Shipmonk does not offer an intuitive claim filing process, meaning we had to absorb losses when issues arose. * Lost Items During Receiving: Items marked as "not seen" had no recourse for claims, adding to financial losses. * Service Discrepancy: While customer service has been helpful, the warehouse operations and contract terms fall short compared to other providers. Overall, Shipmonk shows potential, but its logistics and fulfillment processes still need greater reliability and flexibility. We've seen significant improvements over the past year and remain hopeful for continued progress in these areas. Throughout our experience, the customer service team has been outstanding—special thanks to Cassandra for her exceptional support. However, some operational challenges are clearly beyond her control.

I had a disappointing experience, The quality of service was not up to expectations, and the handling of my inventory was poor. Following the instructions of one of the agents, I sent my products properly packed for protection. However, upon receiving the merchandise, the items were delivered incorrectly, one by one in envelopes, instead of being kept in the condition they were sent in. This not only increased my storage costs but also caused damage to several garments and led to additional expenses for unpacking and organizing.

Horrible customer service system. Bunch of run around and no key point of contact. Nightmare.and they use shipping companies that don't track so it says label printed and customers are pissed and think we are lying and report us for fraud. So horrible.

We have been working with Shipmonk for 3 months, we have some expected startup issues/growing pains and we are trying to become as efficient as possible. We have a wonderful tour and meeting with the Shipmonk team in Pennsylvania and impressed with the operations and guidance they provided.

We've been with a lot of 3PLs, and while Shipmonk is not perfect, our Happiness Engineer (hi Ryan!) is absolutely incredible and makes our jobs so much easier. He is attentive, kind, empathetic and a real problem solver. We would be lost without Ryan!

We’ve been working with ShipMonk for over half a year now and their commitment to customer service and reliability has truly impressed us. During the recent Canada Post strike—an incredibly challenging time for our business—ShipMonk went above and beyond to ensure our operations continued without disruption. They seamlessly transitioned our shipments to FedEx Ground the same day, giving us peace of mind and ensuring our customers weren’t left waiting. The onboarding process with ShipMonk was challenging, but it's understandable, given the breadth of industries they serve. They’ve designed their systems to cater to various needs, and their effort to ensure everything works smoothly is worth it. What stands out most is their accommodating nature and their support for our team. ShipMonk consistently demonstrates a willingness to adapt and go the extra mile, which is rare in logistics. We truly enjoy working with them. If you’re looking for a partner that truly prioritizes your success, ShipMonk is a fantastic choice. I used ShipMonk as my 3PL for a silver jewelry company for almost 2 years... To start with, the onboarding was really frustrating and took WAY longer than the expectation that was set. Then we spent weeks changing the processes because their fulfillment team could not comprehend the proper way to package our simple items in their boxes correctly, despite documents and videos being provided. We stuck with it because we figured it was an "investment" that would pay off once we got it right. So we did stick with it, until I had virtually no other choice than to cancel them and get my inventory back due to the amount of my items that went "missing" while in their possession. My customers would regularly receive empty boxes, even though our in-house team packaged them and sealed them. This caused a lot of issues and multiple poor reviews. AND, when we finally received all of our remaining inventory back, not only was everything extremely dusty, but DOZENS of items were missing from the expected line sheet that they provided. Unfortunately, I think their staff is ruining what could be a great service, because the platform was excellent. But they have crooked staff in the fulfillment department and some lazy/uninterested staff in their customer service department. If left 2 stars because I have to give them credit for their great Shopify integration and really user friendly dashboard and because, once we finally got the process down, the fulfillment was working well. But, until they get rid of their bad apples, prevent the dust from piling up on the products in the warehouse, and hire some customer service reps that actually care, they will continue to get poor feedback.

The Shipmonk team is lazy, messy, sloppy and corrupt. They do not use FIFO for picking and packing inventory. They regularly lose goods. Their packing is outrageously sloppy, they have regular billing errors, Their inventory data is always wrong, they will never give you credit if they lose your inventory and worst of all they make it almost impossible to leave. In order to terminate a relationship with them you need to hire them to pick and pack all your goods. They make this experience take a very very very long time and during the process they charge you minimum fees, storage fees and also make other billing errors. If you don't overpay based on their billing errors they stop the work to get your goods out. I've been trying to get my inventory back from them for over 6 months, and they are making it next to impossible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!

Accurate, efficient 3PL with a quick-to-respond customer service team. There are more than a few "hidden fees" in your contract so read carefully but in the end it's worth it for knowing your product is being managed well. While the customer service team always answers quickly and kindly, special projects sometimes take a few weeks - so budget time accordingly.
