Very good rates, lower than most of them. Service and pricing far better than Shiprocket.

There team is not very much capable enough to handle support issues. They are not capable enough to resolve pre paid orders related issues. Even pre paid orders are into RTO by delhivery team and even after highlighting there team is not able to support.

[July 2025] Please do not go with this app, There is 0 customer support if shipment are stuck or undelivered. We lost a lot of money as shipments were not being delivered. Their customer support team is very arrogant and provide misleading information.

The worst it can get. Wont recommend even to my enemy. 1) Not a single non delivery package was delivered in timely manner, often we create a ticket for non delivery and after 10 days of them "trying", its gets RTO. No accountability, we face our customer with shame due to them. 2) The assigned account manager never respond. 3) Many of our return package which was RTO due to non delivery is lost or in transit for 20-30 days. The worst service i have ever seen in my 5 years of ecommerce, all false promises and zero customer support. Avoid at all cost.
