Edit on 22 April 2026 :- I have rejoined them, it's been 3 months, Customer support is a lot better now, They have assigned me a KAM (Raksha) who helps a lot whenever I face any issue. Panel is much better now and easy to use. Regarding Weight discrepancies I still get few but they reverse it as per the volumetric waivers provided. 9 Nov 2009 :- One of the most pathetic courier partner, worst customer service (they will just trash talk to you, hung up your call for no reason and then you keep calling them back), they will say no Volumetric weight on selected couriers but still give weight discrepancies and charges extra according to Volumetric weight. I have more then 40 discrepancies which they won't clear and more than 12 tickets pending since a month. There panel is one of the worst panel, Even after the update all they did was changed the theme of panel all other problems are just same. You might get start working with them for there low rates but eventually they will charge you extra by giving weight discrepancies. If you receive wrong parcel in RTO they will give vague reasons to reject your claim.... Never use Shipmozo
