If you making some profit out of your ecommercebusiness shipmojo will make sure that you lose all of your money.... There are plenty of issues with this app. 1. Lot of times order has been picked up but it doesn't get updated in system. if you raise a ticket for that team will cancel your shipped order. Now you can't even track that order as it shows cancelled. It may be delivered to customer but you won't get cod remittance as it is already cancelled. This is how they keep looting their customers and fill their pockets from others hard earned money. 2. Pickups are delayed no matter whom you contact they are not able to provide any support. 3. The worst support team they don't even read what you're saying they just close the ticket by copy pasting same message. 4. RTO's are incorrectly marked as delivered. On complaining they say raise ticket within 48 hours. You can't even check rto delivered orders from their portal as they don't have filters. you have to manually scroll through orders to check that. 5. Their portal doesn't support multiple awb you have create seperate issues for each awb. after creating multiple tickets most of them are closed without even asking the customer if the issue is solved or not. I won't recommend to anyone using this for ecommerce business.
