Worst shipping aggregator experience I have ever had. Shipmozo suddenly blocked my account without any prior notice or valid reason. They held my wallet balance and several of my credit notes, which caused significant financial loss and completely disrupted my business operations. Customer support was extremely poor and unresponsive. Despite repeated follow-ups, I received no proper explanation or timely resolution. The issue was only resolved after I raised it publicly on social media. Holding a seller’s funds and credit notes without any justification is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. If you run a serious business, I strongly recommend avoiding Shipmozo. Unreliable service, poor customer support, and zero accountability. Absolutely not recommended.
