Not at all recommended. Their ticket system is very poor. No proper customer support. Any Key account manager they will assign you will not solve your queries and issues for days and when you will ask for updates all you will get is an attitude. Not at all professional. Dashboard is clean and good but do not expect them to solve any of your issues. NDR system is poor, support is poor. Atleast 18 tickets pending from past 1 week and the same amount of tickets closed by providing a out of the context response and the best part no option to reopen or reply to those closed tickets. Save your time and save your energy and choose some other platform.
