I have been working with Shipnerd for a number of years. Very easy to work with, support is amazing, nice, no nonsense staff. Pricing that blows other services out of the water and the quality of work is very high. The app is super easy and intuitive to use. Big thumbs up and i have been recommending Shipnerd ever since i started to work with them.

Awesome service! Made shipping super easy by offering pick ups and our orders get to our customers MUCH faster and CHEAPER than when we shipped with Canada Post. Great customer service and walk through on how to get started with Shipnerd. 10/10 recommend

I ship packages everyday and I use ShipNerd for all my shipping labels. Not only do they have the best shipping rates that I've seen, they also have a great customer service team. Steve from ShipNerd has answered all my questions and even developed some code to automatically schedule a daily pick up with my courier. He also suggested me a thermal printer to easily put on the shipping labels. ShipNerd is the app you need if your business requires frequent shipping.

An excellent time saving app for your Shopify store. Great support and extremely easy to use and integrate into your store. I can create a label batch and have all my orders cleared in minutes with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who needs to save time on processing orders.

Substantially better rates than we were able to get from our previous provider. The automatic fulfillment is very nice. The staff have also been excellent, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and effective.

I can't say enough good things about ShipNerd. Not only did they cut our shipping costs in half, they deliver incredible service. Steve and his team have been there for us whenever we've needed them and they have been very patient and adaptable to our needs. The personal service, and knowing that you're not just another number, certainly helps get things done quickly. Moving to ShipNerd for our shipping needs is one of the best decisions we've made as a company.

This app saves me so much in shipping - without a doubt it has the best discounts you can find out there, plus it's free to install. Super easy to use with integration to Shopify. AND customer service is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Big Fan! Been using this app for over 1.5 years. We have several eCommerce platforms and they integrate very well saving time and money on shipping. Support is awesome and the "Nerds" are always available to help. Great for small to medium sized to large businesses to have flexibility and best pricing. The platform for shipping seems a lot more user friendly to non shipping experts like us. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use, very straightforward & very prompt replies when issues need to be resolved! Addresses are automatically synced to orders! Pricing is VERY competitive, best we've seen yet. Would definitely recommend.

Highly highly recommend this app, especially to fellow Canadians who get killed by Canada Posts rates. I’ve save so much money, and it’s was more dependable and faster. We get so many messages from customers commenting how quick our shipping is. Couldn’t do it without ShipNerd.

Easy to use interface with minimal clicks to a printed label. Automatically Syncs with your shopify store when starting up the App. Their shipping prices are quite competitive and support is excellent. Highly recommend this time and money saving app.

We’re based in Vancouver, BC and were using ShipNerd only for shipments within Canada. To our US customers we shipped out Blaine, WA with FedEx. Until Steve pointed out that it could be cheaper to ship from Vancouver to anywhere in the US directly. It was hard to believe but – know what? – turned out that he was totally right! We’ve been saving bundles ever since. So, muchas gracias, Steve! You’re the best. On a scale from 1 to 10, you deserve 11 points!

Excellent time saver and improves shipping address accuracy. ShipNerd rates are excellent and the customer support is second to none. If you have ever tried to get through to customer support with the big couriers you know how infuriating that can be. One quick email to our rep Steve and he is on it usually within minutes!

Full integration with Shopify. The best part is the customer service, outstanding. That's what matters because you could find other options with similar features, but not with this customer service. Hopefully, growing won't make them lose that personal touch
