Random charges... additional shipping charges. (Got charged an additional $300 for a shipping label that I was charged roughly $110 the first time already) Yes you save a few dollars using this app but later on you get additional charges on shipments after looking through my account. Indicting weight or size of box are wrong. I have been shipping for over 5 years, and I always check my scales. I order my boxes from Uline and I purposely always leave the box size label outside so the carrier doesn't measure them. I have never dealt with this by using the Shopify shipping portal, which I will just continue using it. Not worth the headache.

It looks like we did respond to your emails, but happy to respond on here as well should anyone else have questions about shipping to Africa: I'm sorry, but we do not support shipping to certain countries in Africa. You can easily access the list of the countries we ship to right through the country list within our "Ship" form. Thank you for your time. Steve

Installed the app, had to signed up, shipments were supposed to show up in myshipments according to developer. Checked myshipments nothing, check safari and chrome still nothing here. I do not have the time to investigate this any further, either it works or it does not. Apps should help me perform better, faster and efficient. In my humble opinion this app does not quality.
