So far, three weeks, the experience has been incredibly smooth and well-managed. Customers are happy and we're happy too! I was a bit skeptical, because we don't love using outside companies to handle any part of our customer experience journey. The Shipped team has been so great though. Very responsive and thoughtful throughout onboarding and testing. We've had a few settled claims, and everything was very seamless. Definitely recommend!

Their system is designed with user-friendliness in mind, making it simple to use and integrate, and thus an invaluable addition to our services. Jasmine and the Team at Shipped Suite have been nothing short of outstanding. An initial issue with integrating the Shipped Shield app (due to a code conflict caused by another app I use) was quickly resolved and I am very thankful for the efficient service, expert guidance and friendly communication I have received so far. I have no hesitation in recommending Shipped Suite and the Shipped Shield Shopify app.

Shipped Shield has brought us revenue while bringing our customers peace of mind. Not only is Shipped Shield easy to use, easy to implement, and a value add for our customers... Their customer service is amazing. They are fast to decide on claims and easy to work with. They are both efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone considering.
