We've worked with ShipperHQ and their parent organization since 2013 on several different platforms. We've always been impressed with their software and service. The software is excellent for tailoring shipping rules so the carriers will return shipping prices at the checkout that match what a human would have done by hand. Their technicians are also very good at troubleshooting setups to ensure the rates we show to customers match the rates we pay the carriers.
Easy to set up & use. Gives just the right amount of options without being overwhelming. Support has been great so far!
It's good except for a lot of weirdness in the UI like how they disabled opening in a new tab for shipping rules
