ShipperHQ: Shipping & Checkout

We've been using ShipperHQ for 5 years now. It's been great for our customers. Support has always been very helpful in helping us accomplish some of the oddball issues we come up with. If you are totally new to this type of software, it will take some time to learn but most everything is fairly straight forward.

I've been using ShipperHQ since first replatforming on Shopify a couple of years ago, and it's absolutely amazing, the app has impressive functionality, we're able to offer shipping calendar options we couldn't offer in the past & it's really helped conversion. I also can't fault the support team, any time I've had queries I've had helpful responses extremely quickly, and have also had video calls with the team for them to walk me through how to use different parts of the app. The support team are extremely helpful. I'd definitely recommend this app.

The ShipperHQ app allows us to offer our customers specific shipping options and carriers at checkout based on what is in their cart. We have a wide variety products that vary greatly in size and price. This app allows us to set up complex rules for our shipping options. We've not found any other Shopify app that allows us the same functionality. It's also been very reliable, without any downtime in the 5 years we've used it. This is very important in an app on the checkout page! The ShipperHQ support team is very responsive and always helpful. Recently we switched to a new LTL freight carrier. The ShipperHQ team guided us through adjusting our settings to add the carrier. When we ran into difficulty the support representative, Michael, scheduled a meeting and walked us through adjusting our settings until we got the result we were looking for.

I would give more stars if I could. Shipper HQ is both an incredibly powerful and flexible app for calculating shipping and delivery costs, their support is the absolute best I've seen. You can not go wrong with this product and the team that backs it up!!! To speak to the reviews that indicate a steep learning curve - first, I would say that it can appear intimidating, but if you take a breath and follow the steps in the help docs one by one, it's quite easy to set up. AND if you get stuck, that's when their service can really be helpful in figuring out what you missed (I speak from experience. Every problem I've had has been something I missed that was right there. They never make me feel badly about it, but just solve my problem) As to shopify and shipper HQ, I can speak to that too, because I used Shipper HQ on a different platform previously, and that platform would record any errors in going through shipping. Shopify doesn't do that, and I would put that on shopify not shipper HQ. Regardless of the lack of error codes from the website, Shipper HQ has helped me out of TWO jams that I got myself in, and in WAY under 24 hours too!! Don't listen to the negative reviews. They don't represent what this company stands for, (which should be obvious based on the responses from the App team.)

Anthony Cantabrana provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was always available to take my calls. His support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though we didnt end up using the app it was Five-star service—I truly appreciate his help!

Lots of options for customization, and an easy solution for offering shipping options via multiple carriers. Their support team gets things done if you need assistance as well. Thanks ShipperHQ for helping us get things all sorted out as we move over to Shopify!

Not only is this a great shipping app with endless options and customizations, but their customer service goes above and beyond. There is a learning curve with ShipperHQ for sure, but Ryan Monk is always so helpful and responds quickly with any of my questions or confusions, takes the time to walk me through the steps and teach me, or even better will just go in there and make the adjustments for me. Have been using Shipper HQ for over 8 years now. We couldn't run our business without it. It has lots of features, and can require some help in setting things up, but the Shipper HQ team are always happy to assist. The support provided by the HQ team is outstanding.

Working with the ShippierHQ team was great. We were able to really elevate the shipping for our store and make it better for the customer. In previous years we have had issues with customer expectations for delivery. This past year it was so smooth. The ability that ShipperHQ gave us to give that customer expectation right up front helped. Also the shipping comparison to give the BEST price to the customer is a life saver. ShipperHQ has helped us solve a unique problem for our business. We have very heavy products (canvas tents) that need to ship-alone/not combinable. We were never charging enough on our shipping costs - and were losing our shorts in ship fees - before we switched to ShipperHQ. Now we're charging the customers correctly for what they're ordering. What a wonderful thing! :)
