Дълго време не ползвах никакъв апп за избор на точен офис на куриер. След като пробвах Sendica осъзнах колко много съм пропусал. Супер улеснява работа ни и спестява много време в гъдаена на адреси, които клиентите пишат произволно. Sendica is hands-down the best app we've installed for our logistics. After putting thousands of orders through it, we haven't had to reach out to a single customer to fix a wrong address. It automatically translates and parses everything so accurately that it beats manual checking by a mile. What really blew me away, however, was the customer service. They don't just help with their own app - they took the time to help me fix several other completely unrelated problems we were having. You just don't see that kind of dedication anywhere else.

От както открих Сендика, проблемите ми с постоянното погрешно избиране от клиент на офис или автомат изчезнаха. Буквално имам вече доста спестени разходи. Преди да инсталирам Сендика (супер бързо и лесно се инсталира) клиентите ми редовно избираха "Доставка до Автомат", после в поръчката пишеха пък Офис - което е по-скъпа услуга и моя бизнес покриваше разликата. От както имам Сендика - каквото е избрано, до там изпращам. Предлагат и страхотно обслужване - имах проблем с настройките ми на методите за изпращане - от Сендика ми отделиха внимание и ми помогнаха с решението на проблема. Препоръчвам на всеки с онлайн магазин с две ръце :)

Приложението работи отлично! След последните ъпдейти всичко функционира напълно коректно. Евентите се отчитат правилно и поръчките преминават през чекaута като стандартни Shopify поръчки. Товарителниците се генерират бързо, което улеснява обработката и подобрява клиентското изживяване. Голямо предимство е, че клиентите вече не се налага да изписват адреса на офиса ръчно в полето за офис. По отношение на Conversion Rate-а няма негативна промяна, откакто използваме приложението.

This app is a real game changer. Courier companies across Europe are building strong locker networks in every country, and customers are increasingly choosing this delivery option. It allows them to collect their parcels whenever it suits them, without waiting in line at a courier office or staying at home to wait for delivery. Since we started using this app, we have seen a clear increase in our conversion rate. It allows us to display courier lockers and pickup points even on the basic Shopify plan, which is a major advantage. The popup interface is very user friendly, and customers complete the checkout process quickly and without confusion. In addition, the app team has been extremely friendly and supportive. They answered all our questions very quickly and helped us set everything up in the best possible way for our specific needs. Highly recommended.

Excellent App. I use it for my three shops in Bulgaria and Romania and it is perfect. Easy to install and setup, looking native to shopify checkout, no lost convertion steps and most importatnt - amazing support. Also integrated with our 3PL supplier. No need to touch anything :)

We implemented Sendica Pickup Points to handle courier and pickup-point/locker selection before checkout, and it solved a problem that’s otherwise hard to do cleanly without Shopify Plus. The flow is smooth, customers understand it instantly, and the data is synced correctly into the order. The most important part for us: it doesn’t rely on Draft Orders, which means our attribution remains accurate and we keep full tracking. Support has been exceptional, responsive, hands-on, and proactive. Strongly recommended.
