Support is slow. I've been paying for this app for 4 months, and it worked well initially. For the last 3 months it has been installed but not working and support keeps replying saying "please kindly note the issue is fixed". I send videos showing the app is not working, and then they tell me they will look into it, then again confirm it's fixed. I've asked for proof from them where they see it working and they have not provided. I have also asked for a refund for the months this hasn't worked and they have ignored the request. The last email I received from them was after again showing a video that the app is not functioning, and they said they will get back to me in 12-24 hours. It has been 3 days and I have followed up daily with no response. Will update my review if they can get their app working, but right now we're missing tons of revenue for BFCM due to slow and inadequate support. Wish I had switched before BFCM.
