App is a nightmare. Can't put in decimal points in the flat rate, so $1.25 shows up at $125. App did not work upon activation. Also once installed, my flat rate shipping turned into weight based. Waste of time.

Happy to help here - The $1.25 no worries :) just shoot a message to the team. Weight based Shipping - sorry we don't touch these settings. Potentially its a setting in shopify that's been ticked. This has never happened for any other merchant. Ty here one of the founders - I shot you an email too. :) Reach out if you would like to get these sorted.
