Nithish is very helpful and nice. This app is better than the ones I’ve used before. It offers various condition settings, can also be configured for dropshipping, and it’s affordable. Nithish's support was very effective — clear, focused, and intuitive.

I initially thought the app looked very complex but after going through several of the tutorials, it was actually relatively simple for us to achieve what we needed for our shipping rates. And when I ran into an issue, customer service came back to me within a few hours and sorted it out!
