I was using another app for my shipping and after much frustration I decided to switch to Shipx. Vignish at Shipx got me set-up in minutes! Great service!!

Overall ShipX has been a much needed resource for our business as we have irregular package sizes. Being able to specify certain products, combined rates, and use the AI feature to calculate the right rates has been a game changer. The only wall we have run into is the inability to distinguish between commercial and residential address to get accurate rates for our customers. Hopefully, that ability will come soon.
