Jenifer was incredibly helpful in getting our shipping rules set up correctly in ShipX. We had rules configured in both Shopify and ShipX, which were conflicting and causing shipping rates to calculate incorrectly. We wanted to bring everything together in ShipX so all our rules could work smoothly together. One specific challenge was our physical gift card. Orders containing only physical gift cards should always have shipping costs, regardless of the order value. However, when a gift card is purchased alongside other products, its value should count towards the free shipping threshold. Jennifer helped us get this set up and working alongside our other shipping rules. She took the time to understand our situation and was patient and clear throughout the process. We really appreciated her support and attention to detail. Thank you, Jenifer, for helping us resolve this!

The feature to create separate shipping rates for separate international cities is useful and works well.

We have been using ShipX on multiple sites for while and have nothing but good things to say. It's customizable for all the shipping conditions we needed and the support has been very reliable. I was expecting an AI chat bot when I asked a question today and was quickly greeted by Raj who patiently worked with me to troubleshoot and figure out the source of my problem - which ended up not even being an app issue. I highly recommend this app and would gladly try other apps by this developer.
