We’ve been using the ShipX shipping app and found it extremely helpful for our logistics and order fulfillment needs. The interface is user-friendly, the features are well-designed, and it has streamlined our shipping process significantly. Highly recommend for anyone with non-standard or tiered shipping needs. Shopify's default shipping settings weren’t flexible enough for our requirements, but ShipX let me build out detailed, tailored rules based on product groups, size, volume and destination. Support has also been responsive and helpful when we had questions during setup either via online chat or scheduled Zoom calls.

Dukesh is #1, he deserves a raise and promotion. The app is very easy to use and very efficient and friendly. A must for all the shopify websites out there!
