Best team to have on your side, of course it could be anyone, but they go out of their way to solve anything that comes up. Excellent pricing.

Shipduo has streamlined our entire shipping process. The UI is incredibly intuitive, generating quotes faster than our usual freight forwarder at comparable rates. Pre-populated addresses for our pickups and customers are a massive time-saver, and their responsive support team actually resolves issues quickly. A game-changer for us!

Shipduo is a one stop shop for everything needed for both LTL and Parcel shipping. Everything is very intuitive and easy to find. The dashboard is self-explanatory and makes it easy to track all packages. Also, their customer service alone might make the price worth it. Every issue/kink we have had has been tackled same day, or at the very latest next day. Even some of the more complex shipping rules we needed, Shipduo has made easy with their dev team. No rule is too much with Shipduo.

We were an early adopter of Shipifi and we've been so impressed with the software and team from the jump. They spent so much time with us early on understanding our business & needs and have done everything they can to support us. They've even done some custom dev work for us. The platform has only gotten better with time. If you need an LTL freight tool that integrates seamlessly with your store, look no further! Kudos to Nick, Brian and the whole Shipifi team - keep up the great work!
