Shipduo is a one stop shop for everything needed for both LTL and Parcel shipping. Everything is very intuitive and easy to find. The dashboard is self-explanatory and makes it easy to track all packages. Also, their customer service alone might make the price worth it. Every issue/kink we have had has been tackled same day, or at the very latest next day. Even some of the more complex shipping rules we needed, Shipduo has made easy with their dev team. No rule is too much with Shipduo.

I have found working with this company to be a real pleasure, and they really put the time and effort into making sure the app is working properly with your Shopify store. We don't have it fully automated yet, which takes a little time to set up because their system needs to learn your shipping configurations., but in arranging shipping for each order, I found it to be extraordinarily easy to use and fast... and the prices are very competitive for shipping because of the discount they've arranged. We look to start ship on the US. This app makes it so easy. I can compare shipping rates with multiple carriers within 10 seconds directly from my orders section, and print labels directly from the carrier. also the rates are cheaper then other 3PL i checked. Also, the support is very responsive. truly recommend.
