Very poor communication when needing assistance. Time zone does impact this, however, when the app isn't working properly it's fairly urgent to get the issues resolved, as this affects sales. It has been days since I requested support.

Shady company that overcharged me then never responded to emails about the issues. DO NOT USE THIS APP! If you already have this app, check your statements each month.

I had quite a complicated situation that I couldn't figure out at first, not due to limitations of the app, but rather limitations of my own understanding of how to make it happen logistically. Contacted support to ask for guidance and George was AWESOME. I can't overstate it. He went above and beyond, especially for an app that offers a free version. THANK YOU. :) - Alexandra P.S. Needed George's help to fix something I had funky that caused the app to sometimes not work with some new products I made, and once again George went above and beyond to help me out!!!

Installed to help with separate shipping rates on products and zones. Does exactly what it says - very impressed. Also support was excellent - I had one issue, Chad came on and sorted it and a few more, and helped with my rules - what a dude!
