The support staff take plenty of time for you and respond quickly. My issue was resolved quickly.
Deepan was incredibly helpful in assisting us with doing a lot of tinkering. Big shoutout to him for taking the extra time in guiding us through the entire cart. Worth the time!

They provided a clear overview of the platform, and were able to address all of my questions. I really glad full have a person like Deepan, Who was answering all my stupid questions and listened everything clearly and helped me a lot to setup everything to setup my requirements. ShipX is really helpful for all the shipping conditions. And Later on I got one more interaction Durkesh for updating the prices and other conditions, I'm really feeling happy with their support and guidance.
