We’ve been using the Shipeasy app for over a year now, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver for managing our shipping requirements on Shopify. The app is super intuitive, and customizing shipping grids for different products and regions couldn’t be easier. Shoutout to Barath from their support team! This app is amazing! I wanted to set my shipping rates based on dimensions rather than weight. This app allows me to set various scenarios to ensure my shipping costs are accurate. The customer service is very responsive and helpful! Happy I found this app

Durkesh was great help, great app. Having Zoom call help and screen share is a must. So glad that I got Shipeasy. I had tried other apps that did not have the same level of support or Zoom screen share. Thanks so much Shipeasy. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience, would highly recommend. I booked a Zoom call and Jennifer set everything up and explained how the application worked, she even helped me with contacting Shopify to have certain things arranged which were required for the application. Deepan was very helpful when I needed a follow up.

I just finished setting everything up for my store with Shipeasy. Even though I had a complex shipping system, I seamlessly scheduled a couple of calls with Vignesh from the customer support team and he helped me very efficiently. Would recommend this app for anyone doing non-trivial shipping rules.

Can be a little tricky to figure out but overall they were very helpful when we set up a Zoom call to get some things figured out. Happy with the app so far! It's made it a lot easier for us to tailor our shipping rates to our customers.
