I installed other apps that have the same functionality but couldn't get much help. I read the reviews about Shipeasy's customer service, and 5 stars is not enough. Durkesh spent almost an hour helping me set everything up and testing every scenario. I have literally spent hours and hours trying to figure this stuff out on my own. Thank you so much Durkesh for all your help!!!!!!

Shipeasy is an excellent app for anyone needing more advanced shipping rules than Shopify's basic options. The app offers a wealth of resources, including plenty of YouTube tutorials that make it easy to set up on your own. If you need assistance, their support team is fantastic. They respond to chat promptly and even offer the option to schedule Zoom calls for more in-depth help. I took advantage of the Zoom call feature and had the pleasure of working with Vignesh, one of their support team members. He was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and providing practical solutions to the issues I was facing. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to get everything running smoothly. Overall, Shipeasy is a must-have app for advanced shipping needs, backed by an outstanding support team. Highly recommended!

Jenifer was great in explaining and helping out with my requirements for my shopify store. She was able to listen to my needs and provide the best solutions that are relevant. It turned out to be simpler than I originally thought due to her explanation. I love the versatility of the Shipeasy app and it has many features that are very useful for small ecommerce store like mine.

I recently onboarded with Ship Easy for shipping price calculations, and while the setup process was initially overwhelming, I had the incredible support of Durkesh, one of their representatives. Nitish went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail. Although I haven’t had much time to use Ship Easy yet, Nitish’s stellar customer service has already left a lasting impression.
