Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up. One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

Haven't fully started using the app but getting set up was so much easier with Barath. He was really incredible when answering my questions and checking everything was correct

We have a very complex shipping situation that no other apps have been able to accommodate and Dhana has found a workaround and we can now hit the ground running. Very helpful :-)

Dhana LogBase is AWESOME!!!! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend this app based upon his help alone. Although I am new to the app I am finding that is suits my needs and have no problem subscribing. Good investment overall.

Customer service is spot on. Raj spent over an hour with me setting up and testing the rates in the cart for QTY and location settings. He stayed on until we were sure it was all 100% correct. App seems a lot more intuitive that shopify's own settings and can adjust rates based on Quantity. So far so good!

I really love the support provided by Dhana during the setup of the Shipping Rates-Shipeasy App. He was patient and super helpful. Really spent a lot of time trying to help me get the app to work the way I was asking it to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking. It didn't work the way I needed it too, but it will work in many different scenarios.

Sudhan is a kick-ass helper! He helped set up my shipping rates and delivery conditions, accessed my computer using zoom calls, and walked me through every part of the process. Very helpful. Even when I couldn't do things, he allowed me to sit back and watch him set up each scenario on my page. Thanks!

Shiva from LogBase is amazing, he helped me install an setup ShipEasy app. Shopify's built in shipping rates solution is very basic. ShipEasy allows us to create shipping rates based on different customer types, by province, by group of products, and weight.
