ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

Tried 3 apps tonight trying to find one that does what I need. This app is slick and works well. We were looking for an app that could create shipping rules based on customer tags. This did the trick!

Durkesh has been great with helping our complex use case in-regards to shipping logic to make sure that the correct rates and services are always displayed for our customers. Support is genuinely A+. I can't think of a better shipping application for shopify, despite trying over half a dozen. If you're thinking of starting an Automotive E-Commerce shop, you're gonna need this app. Cheers

Janani was an excellent guide to all things "ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules". She was very patient with my questions and clear about the functionality of the app and how to configure rates and carriers based on the Vendor. Best shipping app for Shopify. We've tested many and none are as complete and customizable as the ShipX from Logbase. Support is really fast and efficient.

Vignesh took a good amount of time to walk me through and set up our shipping rules and explaining the different options we now have to provide our customers. He made sure what we did actually worked and this is a big help due to the vast amount of shipping rules we want to set up.

The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five!
