I recently onboarded with Ship Easy for shipping price calculations, and while the setup process was initially overwhelming, I had the incredible support of Durkesh, one of their representatives. Nitish went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail. His patience, thorough explanations, and willingness to guide me step by step while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude made the experience seamless. Although I haven’t had much time to use Ship Easy yet, Nitish’s stellar customer service has already left a lasting impression. His deep knowledge and hands-on expertise with the platform gave me confidence in the product. If I ever need assistance again, I’ll definitely hope to work with Nitish! Highly recommend Ship Easy for both their service and their outstanding team members.

Nithish, Highly appreciate your support and helpful guidance through the plugin setup. Thanx with Best regards The App. just fixed one of the major challenges that Shopify doesn't support, and I highly recommend this app to overcome Shopify missing features like controlling the shipping charges.

Nithish has helped us out very quick and his other colleuges as well, they are very fast at responding and the app works perfectly for us, we tested a few that did not work for our needs, this was the perfect fit :)!

We had some setup and configuration issues but the support was excellent and the team helped me set up my international shipping rates. Its an excellent app and i would highly recommended it.

The app works great, but it can be complicated to use at first. Customer support (Janani) is excellent. She walked me through how to use the app and helped me set up what I needed. Great service. I highly recommend the app!
