Really useful app! We are able to customize our shipping rates by product, country, customer, etc. They have very responsive and good customer support too and were able to help set everything up with me.

I was looking for an app to let me set up specific shipping prices based on item type and not overall order weight. I contacted "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy" support and arranged a zoom call. Dhana guided me through the setup process and spent over an hour with me to help me configure the app around my product groups. Dhana was friendly, patient, and his knowledge of the app was brilliant. I had been looking at other apps but the customer service Dhana provided to me made it an easy choice to go with "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy". Shipeasy is the perfect solution if you have complicated requirements and need to setup postcode-based shipping rates. Their support is second to none. Sowmiya from the support team helped with our shipping configuration. She was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable as she was able to provide solutions to all our requirements.
