We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly. They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie was extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us! We recommend this app to anyone who has specific shipping requirements that cannot be met by Shopify's default system.

This gentleman was amazing. Genuinely the First person in TWO years that was able to properly and efficiently complete and correct our shipping issues. We have been battling the Shopify system for a while now. Devine intervention sent him to me today. He was able to complete the nation wide shipping problems, local shipping problems, shipping rates. Thank you so much Siva.

Overall, I have found Shipeasy to be a reliable and cost-effective provider of shipping solutions. I have reached out to their support team on a few occasions, and they have always been responsive, helpful, and friendly. That being said, I have occasionally experienced delays in delivery times or issues with package tracking. However, these instances have been relatively rare, and overall, I am satisfied with the level of service I have received from Shipeasy. The customer support is phenomenal, responded quickly and help me setup some pretty complex shipping scenarios. Siva also walked me through how to setup more product shipping specialty rates in the future, he was super helpful! Their support is so nice. Especially, Sowmiya. She is always so kind and teaches me how to set up. And when I got some issues after we launched, her response is quick and always she answered the zoom meeting. It was so helpful. Highly recommend this app (or her service)!!

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend. Update on the App's support team. Had an issue with an incorrect Scenario setup, Jenifer was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem very quickly.
