Deepan was amazing at helping me with the multiple location issue and it was a super quick fix. Amazing service from these guys. Janani was a wonderful help and very patient with me. I am very grateful for her time and expertise.

We've tried 4 different apps for our shipping settings, because our rates are based on postcodes, this one is the best. Their customer service is good as well, Janani helped me to solve the problem I have, easy to communicate, and highly recommend to all!

I needed some help setting up shipping rates for various scenarios, Rahul jumped onto a Zoom call and configured the app to handle every scenario in just a few minutes. Really impressed with response time, explanation and end result - would highly recommend App for handling even the most complex shipping scenarios.

I've just installed the app, set it up and tested it. So far so good however a massive shout out goes out to Jenifer (and also partly Vignesh) who collectively spent pretty much three and half hours to set up my shipping calc and permissions, painstakingly going over my criteria and making it work for me in the best possible way. That alone deserves 5 stars, so appreciated with the service and their availability to help fix issues, which is needed as there's a lot of variables to choose. Very impressed.

This application is really good, a little complex to use when you have several suppliers and starting delivery points to manage, but the support is really present and has helped me enormously! I recommend this application.
