Overall, I have found Shipeasy to be a reliable and cost-effective provider of shipping solutions. Their online platform is user-friendly and makes it easy to compare rates from different carriers and choose the best option for your needs. One thing I particularly appreciate about Shipeasy is their commitment to providing excellent customer service. I have reached out to their support team on a few occasions, and they have always been responsive, helpful, and friendly. That being said, I have occasionally experienced delays in delivery times or issues with package tracking. However, these instances have been relatively rare, and overall, I am satisfied with the level of service I have received from Shipeasy. If you're looking for a shipping solution that offers competitive rates and reliable service, I would definitely recommend checking out Shipeasy.

The customer support is phenomenal, responded quickly and help me setup some pretty complex shipping scenarios. Siva also walked me through how to setup more product shipping specialty rates in the future, he was super helpful! Their support is so nice. Especially, Sowmiya. She is always so kind and teaches me how to set up. And when I got some issues after we launched, her response is quick and always she answered the zoom meeting. It was so helpful. Highly recommend this app (or her service)!!

I was having an issue with the app not loading onto my website due to something that Shopify had done to its platform. Raj from Shipping Easy Support was able to help me resolve the issue relatively quickly despite the problem occurring over the weekend. Update on the App's support team. Had an issue with an incorrect Scenario setup, Jenifer was very helpful and enabled me to resolve the problem very quickly.

Rahul was able to solve our problem by changing the setting in our shipping zones. We resynced the app and now the problem is resolved.
