I installed this app and didn't quite feel certain about whether it would meet my needs in creating product & postal code specific rates. For this reason I scheduled a meeting with their Support team which was super easy to do & there were many open times for me to choose from within the day. Speaking with their team I was able to achieve exactly the set up that I needed, they helped to make it very simple, easy and worked with me through it. We had a really complicated scenario with our shipping rates varying for different countries and based on multiple conditions like weight, quantity, and location all required to be checked at once. We tried many apps but self-configuration was very difficult, finally, we got this app and the LogBase team completed all our complex requirements accurately in a single day due to which we could get our international shipping going! Thank you, Siva and LogBase team for your prompt and effective support!

Such a great app - with amazing support from Siva. I was able to do 2 zoom calls with screensharing to get the app set up correctly. He was so helpful and quick to understand what we needed to achieve. What we needed to do was quite complex but Siva found a solution for each scenario. Would highly recommend.
