Superbe application ! Permet de définir des scénarios très complexes et de pallier à certaines fonctionnalités manquantes chez Shopify. Nous avons par exemple pu régler le problème de livraison pour les îles françaises (Corses et îles insulaires) qu'il n'est pas possible de dissocier dans les paramètres natifs de Shopify. Cette application est donc parfaite pour pouvoir définir des règles complexes de livraison.

Just had a support request concerning some special requirements i had. I needed adittional shipping costs for products that were in presale. Due to the extra shipment of these products we needed some special scenarios. Had a call with Siva, he was super helpful and solved everything according to our requirements. Big thanks and absolutely recommandation for this app!

I highly recommend Shipeasy to anyone as this is hands down the most versatile shipping app I have come across! The scenario setup determines the various rule sets available that can be tweaked to meet one's criteria. The History Detail provides a great snapshot of the transaction and matching scenarios. What is even more exceptional is the brilliant tech support behind the app. Vinduja is very patient throughout the Zoom session when explaining the intricacies of the rule sets. Her exceptional knowledge and competency are second to none!

As I was explaining what I wanted, she astutely assessed that I didn't need the app for my requirements. Instead, she generously offered her guidance to show me how to achieve my goals directly within the Shopify app. This act of selflessness speaks volumes about Jennifer and the team's integrity. Despite the fact that I wouldn't be paying for the app, she went above and beyond to provide assistance. This app has worked great for everything we need. We have needed to contact support a few times and every person has been helpful and knowledgeable. We got Raj twice and he was the most exceptional. He is quick, knows the program, clear and also friendly and kind. The app is complex but the support team was able to help create and resolve each scenario we wanted.
