"I've been using this app for a few days now, and I have to say, I'm impressed! The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which made getting started a breeze. The app has all the features I need to stay organized and productive throughout the day, including task list, and reminders. I also love the ability to customize my preferences and set my own goals. What really sets this app apart is the level of support provided by the support team by name KAVIS (forgive me not remembering his complete names very well). Anytime I've had a question or issue, their customer service team has been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's clear that they care about their users and are committed to improving the app based on feedback. Great app, and the customer service is second to none. Rahul and the team were very knowledgeable and, most importantly, patient. I am not techy, and Rahiul took his time to show me step-by-step the setting of my shop shipping rates. I would recommend them and will be their customer for years.

Settings can be tricky, but the customer service is excellent. Every time I get stuck, it's easy to get an appointment, and the Shipeasy team will set it up for you and test it. I have a scenario that needed different flat prices for each US shipping zone and their team entered all the US zip codes for me. Over time I found a couple of typos, but this was across hundreds of zip codes. My most recent call with Rahul & Siva was very helpful and they fixed an error preventing customers from being able to check out. We tested multiple product configurations to make sure everything was working correctly before we got off the call.

I can't express my immense gratitude for what Rahul and the team at Shipeasy did for me. After spending months trying to solve a tricky shipping problem on my client's Shopify store, I had all but given up - until this amazing crew stepped in!
