This app has solved a lot of shipping issues for me and it's very functional. And when I encountered technical problems and didn't know how to operate, the technical support staff Janani also gave me very detailed and effective help, which is great!

Worked with Siva to set up all our scenarios, rates and conditions. He was incredibly helpful. We needed to set our rates by quantity rather than weight or order total and Shipeasy helped us do just that.

Thank you very much, Siva! Great support. I got the help I needed in one interaction which translate into = This guy knows his app. The setup of multi vendor app worked very smoothly. Second help came from Raj. Many thanks. The support via Zoom sessions is a great mutual win. If you can also implement the suggestion regarding the shipping rate per vendor it is going to improve the customer decision when buying -> the shipping costs will become more transparent.

Great APP with great support, I want to enable complex shipping rate calculation, but couldn't do it by mysefl, so I booked a zoom meeting with Shipeasy. Siva from the support team guided me to do it, and it's working perfectly.

This works great, the app does what Shopify itself cannot. We use it as we have multiple locations, but want to show one rating. Customer Service is beyond expectations!

Siva is very helpful during the setup and the possibilities of the app are great! We use this app to offer different shipping rates at advanced conditions, which is not possible in the standard Shopify backend.

Siva helped me to understand the shipping rates, and alleviated my concern that I had to add an API to do what I wanted. I was extremely impressed by his helpful nature, his excellent knowledge of the platform and he was even able to help me with a zoom call, at 11.25pm, and controlled my screen (with my permission, of course!) and navigate to exactly where I needed to be. Shopify is something that you REALLY need to start using, if you aren't already! Thank you Siva for your help buddy! I hope everyone is as helpful as you!
