Dhana LogBase is AWESOME!!!! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend this app based upon his help alone. Although I am new to the app I am finding that is suits my needs and have no problem subscribing. Good investment overall.

Customer service is spot on. Raj spent over an hour with me setting up and testing the rates in the cart for QTY and location settings. He stayed on until we were sure it was all 100% correct. App seems a lot more intuitive that shopify's own settings and can adjust rates based on Quantity. So far so good!

I really love the support provided by Dhana during the setup of the Shipping Rates-Shipeasy App. He was patient and super helpful. Really spent a lot of time trying to help me get the app to work the way I was asking it to. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking. It didn't work the way I needed it too, but it will work in many different scenarios.

This covers all aspects of shipping for the clients I work with. I did have some difficulty with one aspect and Jenifer from the support team was on hand straight away to show me which settings to change and get the shipping rate I desired - MOST HELPFUL!

Siva was an amazing help. Would've been a little lost without his help to get everything setup properly. Recommend this application to anyone who is split testing shipping prices because it makes it much easier than dealing with weights.

I am totally blown away by the support from this app. They have literally walked me through setting it up, had multiple zoom calls with me and didn't stop until we had it all sorted. I ship commercial kitchen equipment which ranges from small 10KG fryers to 150kg ice cream machines. The shipping is super complex with a lot of customisation and rules. This is the ONLY app that has been able to manage such detailed customisation. The support is the best I have ever had from any app, especially from Siva & Janani. Thank you

The customer service is incredible. We have very complicated shipping rates dependent in many different factors. Janani has been on two zoom calls to help set up these rates. She is very knowledgeable and will check everything with a fine tooth comb. Would definitely recommend this app. Thanks.

Shipping Rates - Shipeasy app has completely met our needs in calculating shipping based on weight and distance from our distribution center. Customer service is amazing - immediate, specific assistance (will hop on a zoom right away to resolve more easily or through chat), friendly and kind and very quick (I haven't wait at all and everyone I have talked to has been an expert who answered my questions). Siva has helped multiple times now and we are so appreciative. They even copied all of my settings from a different one of our stores, so that I didn't have to manually enter and worry about errors.

Good day, I am writing this review for Janani. She offered outstanding customer service. She is prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable in what she does. She navigates her way very effectively and is very well spoken. She took the time to explain me everything and to help me understand how to setup my store. She went to the extent of explaining me everything step by step. Initially, I was confused and I thought she was going to rush me. But I started feeling very easy with her service and she really made sure that I understood how to use the application.
