I got this app cause i had to get the shipping rates done and shopify suggested this app, i was then interested to see how to get what i wanted done, that's when i got in touch with Mr.Rahul from the support, he really offered professional help and showed very good understanding of what's going on and the app itself, i recommend the app for everyone

Wir nutzen die App nun seid zwei Wochen. Bisher läuft alles wie gewünscht. In der Einrichtungsphase hatten wir ein paar Fragen, die fix beantwortet wurden. Bei einem größeren Problem mit dem Zusammenspiel zwischen dieser und einer anderen App, überprüfte der Entwickler sogar die andere App, um dort einen Einstellungsfehler zu finden, der das Problem auslöste. Wir können die App nur empfehlen.

The app extends the too basic possibilities of Shopify to do every scenario you can think of. It takes longer to think of what you'd like than implement it with the app. Jennifer from the help desk is brilliant. She helped me identify issues, fix them and test scenarios. She also thinks ahead of potential issues with rare customer scenarios. I highlight recommend the app and think Jennifer is highly capable.

It's a great app for people like us who have complicated shipping methods. This app can have as lot of scenarios as we want. Though I'm not good at English, the support team helped me very patiently. I think it was not easy to look into our admin page, because our language is Japanese. I can't thank you enough. --additional review-- Janani and the support team were helpful again. I was having trouble because an unknown delivery area had appeared. Although the zone was not visible, the team discovered that it belonged to another app. They were excellent, and exert efforts to solve the issue. Thank you very much again. ZOOMの画面共有をしていただけるので、英語が苦手な方でも大丈夫だと思います --one more additional review-- I had a very complicated shipping method request and I could not handle it. So I contacted by chat with my poor English but Vignesh helped me brilliantly. He tried to understand my bad writing patiently. Then he combined some scenarios, and it worked! That's something I can't think of. Vignesh is a specialist. He will be a great help to you. --One more additional review-- Durkesh made it possible for me to set up a complex configuration that would have been very difficult for me to do on my own. Viinduja was very helpful and very patient with me. She was extremely nice. she told me the steps that I needed to take before they could continue to set up my ship easy account and made sure I knew where to go to contact them again to finish setting up my account. Customer service with ship easy is wonderful.
