I use this to set up my international shipping methods and fees. It's a well built tool to configure many complex scenarios that come with duties and taxes calculation per region level. The team, especially Sowmiya has helped us configure our store and understood our rather complex requirements with ease. She's been a great support throughout the process. Generally, the team is always ready to jump on a call and help and I find it commendable!

Updated: Janani was really helpful again with my queries. Thank you! The app is slightly complicated to use, but the Shipeasy team is always there to help with issues! Just did a live chat to solve an issue with checkout and Janani helped us figure out what was wrong and what to do in the future to prevent it from happening again - in less than 10 minutes. 100% recommend this app!!

We are moving from another app to this one and are super nervous about whether it can be implemented immediately and whether errors can solved quickly as it could suspend the incoming orders if the address of shipping has any errors. But they have been very helpful and responded almost instantly and overall it feels like a much smoother operation and no issues so far.
