This is the ONLY app that allowed me to create free shipping to customers who bought a 1 year free delivery subscription. In the world of amazon prime, this is so critical for so many of us who need to be able to compete on shipping. Also, customer service is GREAT. Super easy to book time and the developer will kindly walk you through how to make the magic happen! So happy this exists for all of us! And update two years later: I continue to be impressed by this app! Not only can we do free shipping when customers purchase a membership, but we are also now offering free shipping by address and this app allows us to do that. Thank you Shipeasy for two years of awesomeness

Customer service is superb just spent almost 3 hours to do a complex shipping profiles with Siva and he was very helpful and knowledgable. I wasted 3 weeks setting up with another app with no success and after downloading the app today and booking a zoom meeting, my shipping profiles are smoothly working now. Once again thank you and will definitely recommend this app.

As Shopify does not have rate by distance option, we have been looking for this for 8 years! Finally an app that is reasonably priced that integrates and provides shipping depending on the distance the client lives from our store! Not only that the service provided by Rajkumon was EXCEPTIONAL. No the set up his not easy but once you get it, it is great and the fact that they are so responsive and will take an hour (actually 2) on the phone to help you set up properly completely overcomes everything! Just 5 STARS

Shipeasy has really made my shipping setup so much easier and given me a much better overview over the shipping zones I need to manage. I have used this app for some time now and I'm very happy with how it works. I recently encountered a slight problem, so I contacted the support team and Siva was quick to reply to me and offer a solution over a Zoom call. The team worked quickly to make the setup more efficient and Siva made sure all scenarios would be covered by the settings. I'm very glad to be able to use this app and can only recommend it to anyone!

I am a Grocery owner, I am very happy to have their apps for my store(Pickeasy and Shipeasy), the functions are really helpful, I can even set up a delivery by different date for different area, and also different delivery rate for the delivery. on top of that the support team, Ms Jenifer and her co-worker from Pickeasy team are sooooo nice , always there for you, solve the problems really quick! Highly recommend!!

its 1:41am here in Australia. i have been working all night shifts on my website here. booked a meeting with this app through shopify, only just finished my zoom meeting with siva, he navigated the work for me and fixed all my problems with all calculated shipping changes and filled me in with much more. a large thank you ! really happy with the service
