We have always had excellent support from the ShipX team. We are primarily a brick and mortar, but having the right shipping rates assigned are key for our online sales. They helped us set up our initial shipping scenarios and have always been available to provide support as needed over the last few of years.

I had a wonderful experience setting up this app. Rajkumar was extraordinarily speedy and helpful during the process. As a furniture store, we needed a bunch of scenarios in our shipping rates, and with this app, we could do so! 10/10 would recommend.

I dealt with Janani regarding Shipeasy, and she was fantastic at letting me know how the platform works, she took the time to show me via remote control how to implement the perfect scenarios I was after when shipping our products. Excellent app and the team is super responsive, especially Rahul who is always around and hands-on to help. Most importantly, they understand your business, make suggestions, and are happy to help with any customisation. This is the only date and time picker app on Shopify that works well in the open cart drawer! I have been trying several apps and this is a clear winner.
