ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

Barath and Durkesh helped me. I recently installed the app and attempted to configure it on my own. However, due to the complexity of our shipping rules, I decided to reach out to the support team. Vinduja from the support team promptly responded and organized a Zoom meeting within minutes. She dedicated almost an hour and a half to assist us in setting up the app according to our specific requirements. This 5-star rating is a testament to Vinduja's exceptional support and dedication. She truly deserves commendation for her outstanding assistance!

The setup is a little complicated. but the SUPPORT TEAM is GREAT. I had trouble with the initial employee who helped me (I forget his name) But the two that followed RAJ and JANANI were amazing. Knew their stuff, and were quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their product, settings and system. So far so good. I will update this review if anything changes.

Really versatile properties for complex shipping calculations. Amazing support reacting fast and really improving the app if requested! Shipping origin definition by Shopify seems to be inconsistent and causes problems but this app works just great on the data it receives from Shopify.

Janani was amazing, and very helpful. we had quite specific queries and Janani, stepped s thru them 1 by 1. Very pleasant experience with Shipeasy, thank you Alex

Great App, Easy to set up and awesome support team!
