I highly recommend the Shipeasy app for any business with custom shipping rate requirements. The entire customer service team (especially Sowmiya) has offered exceptional service and assistance with the entire setup of our shipping rates for our store. They were very friendly and quick to reply with any questions I had. Our store has complex shipping requirements and Sowmiya went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met.
