The support on this app is the best I have experienced. Before using the app we are able to test it to find out if it fits our needs. Our situation is a little complex with different shipping pricing for different range of products. Therefore additional coding was required from the developers who did it for free and once everything is tested we are confident to launch.

We have a couple of stores (EvenGreener.com & GetComposting.com), each fed by various stock locations so were finding Shopify's rigid delivery charge options unworkable as we cannot charge customers for delivery multiple times per order just because we keep stock across various locations. Shipeasy has fixed that problem in no time and the support we have received from Siva has been fantastic. No question is too small or daft and he has assisted in setting up the rules across both of our shops. We cannot recommend Shipeasy enough. You'll be hard pushed to find customer support that beats Siva!

This app works like magic, it prevents Shopify from charging your customers double shipping due to multiple vendor/fulfillment locations. The folks at LogBase are always super happy to help. I used their chat function, and then jumped immediately onto a call in order to better explain my situation. Siva understood what I was looking to do and though there wasn't strictly an out of the box solution, he was able to work on his end to make it work. It meant I didn't have to spend hours manually adding rates to all of my shipping methods.

I would like to say how pleased I am with the customer support service. All I had to do is simply schedule an appointment. I picked a Zoom call. They offer more than one way to contact them for assistance which is wonderful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Siva. I explained my needs, and he was able to add the app and set it up with no problem for me. Mr. Siva is very knowledgeable, helpful, & patience.
