ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

We have used the app for our shipping rates and it has solved one of our biggest problem at hand. In addition, fast, friendly and great support.

I just want to apply the dynamic shipping rate and this app helped me to achieve that. The Shiva from the support team helped me to get this working. Great work!!

I used to pay for another service and this has not only been cheaper but better. The customer service is fantastic. I'm able to schedule a Zoom call for the same day and the reps are extremely helpful. Today I was able to get Siva on the phone within the hour. He listened to my issue and proceeded to fix it efficiently and kindly. Would 100% recommend to anyone who ships their items.

Amazing App and the customer service is even better, Siva helped copy all my manual rates from Shopify to the app and walked through each one making sure they all displayed correctly. As we sell custom products, the normal shipping rates through shopify didn't do enough for us, this app helped wonders thanks again to Siva!

Janani in the customer service team is absolutely amazing - one of the best experiences I've had with online chat. ShipEasy & PickEasy Is an amazing app but did have some queries which Janini helped with and was so efficient and sorted the issue fully. Definitely recommend!

Had some issues setting up but Janani sorted it all out for me on a Zoom call. So far so good, app has many options.

As Shopify does not have rate by distance option, we have been looking for this for 8 years! Finally an app that is reasonably priced that integrates and provides shipping depending on the distance the client lives from our store! Not only that the service provided by Rajkumon was EXCEPTIONAL. No the set up his not easy but once you get it, it is great and the fact that they are so responsive and will take an hour (actually 2) on the phone to help you set up properly completely overcomes everything! Just 5 STARS

Shipeasy has really made my shipping setup so much easier and given me a much better overview over the shipping zones I need to manage. I have used this app for some time now and I'm very happy with how it works. I recently encountered a slight problem, so I contacted the support team and Siva was quick to reply to me and offer a solution over a Zoom call. The team worked quickly to make the setup more efficient and Siva made sure all scenarios would be covered by the settings.
