We have been testing ShipX to see if it can fulfil a specific shipping role and so far everyone we've spoken to has been really helpful going through the scenarios with us and providing fast support. Vindu was extremely helpful in a recent call. Will be keen to keep seeing what this app can do. Thanks.

Great tech support. This app helps you solving common problems with different postcode rates. It's a difficult area to do it on your own, but with the invaluable help of Nithish Kumar I'm getting close to a solution. Thank you Nithish!

Deepan was very very helpful. One of the best support people I have ever gotten. Walked me through step by step on how to get this done right. Thank you! This app is truly magical. The amount of scenarios and conditions we can set up is like no other app. It accomplishes exactly what I'm looking for. On top of that, they offer free support via video call. Durkesh has been amazing in explaining me how to set up a complex scenario, and took the time with me to guide me step by step. 10/10 features, and 10/10 support. I highly recommend it!

Deepan was a great help. He walked me through all of the steps for setting up the app and going live. I could not have done this without his help! Great app for separate shipping charges per item on Shopify.
